Advanced Improv Classes in Belfast, Northern Ireland
Do you already have some improv experience? Would you like to hone your skills?
Come along to a summer series focused on Chicago-style, long-form improv. Monday nights, 6.30pm-9pm at The Commons, Ormeau Road.
What’s Involved
Over four weeks, we will learn how to:
Be more relaxed, less panicky, and lean into super dumb fun! Trust that you don't have to come up with clever ideas to make scenes work.
Notice the unusual to find the ‘game of the scene.’ Learn to pay closer attention to the small, accidental, or weird, so that you can explore and heighten.
Be a generous, supportive scene partner. Be the kind of player who makes your scene partner look good and creates organic scenes brick by brick, together.
