    • Absolutely not. In fact, we focus more on finding what’s funny through being honest, authentic and reacting naturally in the moment.

    • Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in easily.

Bring a water bottle or there is also tap water in the venue.

You might want to bring a notebook to make notes as you learn.

    • Each class begins with an explanation of what to expect in the session, and every exercise will have clear instructions before we begin.

We prioritise your comfort: We will always take a 10-minute break in the middle of each session. You are welcome to step out of the room at any point.

No pressure: There is no pressure to move fast or make physical contact. You can free to sit out of an exercise if you just want to watch.

Adaptive learning: If you have any specific learning or communication needs, please just let Janey know and she will adapt the exercises as best as possible.

    • Each session flows from the last. You could miss one, however it’s best to wait for the next class if you have to miss more than one.
