    Unlocking Creativity, Collaboration, and Connection.

Bring the transformative power of improv to your workplace. Our bespoke corporate workshops help teams cut through communication barriers, build psychological safety, and learn to navigate change with confidence—all through super-fun, low-stakes, interactive games.

    Why Improv for Business?

Improv isn't about being funny on stage; it's a masterclass in communication. In the modern workplace, the teams that thrive are those that actively listen, adapt instantly and support each other's ideas.

    Core Workshop Themes

We tailor every session to match your company's specific goals. Choose a singular focus or mix and match:

    Team Building & Connection

Laughter, bonding and breaking down social barriers. Perfect for company away days, onboarding new starters or team bonding.

    Dynamic Communication & Active Listening

Learning how to truly tune into each other, back your teammates up and build on great ideas together in real time.

    Embracing Change & Innovation

Learning to treat unexpected mistakes or project pivots as gifts rather than disasters.

    What Can Your Team Expect?

Group of diverse people placing their hands together in a show of unity and teamwork.

Duration: Flexible options from a 90-minute icebreaker to a half-day masterclass.

Location: Janey can come directly to your office or away-day space, or book a dedicated venue in Belfast.

Group size: Ideal for teams of 6 to 20 people. We cap our sessions so the room stays completely comfortable and high-energy, and everyone gets to get involved and share a laugh.

Larger groups: If you have a larger department, let us know, and we can discuss splitting the group into consecutive sessions.

Experience: Absolutely zero performance or acting experience required.

Comfort level: No one is ever put on the spot, forced to be the centre of attention, or made to feel foolish. We build up the energy gradually, starting with simple group warm-ups so everyone feels completely safe participating at their own pace.

What will your team get out of this?

Alongside bringing everyone together for an afternoon of brilliant fun and shared laughter, your team will:

    Boost Their Confidence

A low-pressure environment to practice sharing ideas, thinking on their feet, and contributing without overthinking it.

    Quiet That Inner Critic

Learn to let go of perfectionism, trust their instincts and worry less about getting things wrong.

    Sharpen Communication

A practical way to work on active listening, adapt instantly to changing situations, and collaborate more supportively.

    • Yes—internally, it directly invests in your team’s mental health by reducing burnout and building a supportive, stress-free workplace culture through shared laughter. Externally, your booking helps subsidise lower-cost, accessible community arts programming across Belfast.

    • Yes, entirely. Whether your team is looking to spark fresh creative ideas for presentations, shake up everyday communication styles, or build stronger bonds through fun and laughter, we will hop on a brief consultation call beforehand to tailor the themes to your specific workplace dynamics.

    • Not at all! Introverts often make the absolute best improvisers because they are naturally great listeners. Janey specialises in introducing exercises gently so that even the most reserved team members find themselves laughing and participating comfortably within the first 10 minutes.
